These concise terms are an operating draft and have not received jurisdiction-specific legal review.

Purpose

The Enterprise Security Deal Readiness Assessment provides general, preliminary guidance based on the responses supplied. It is not a security audit, penetration test, legal opinion, compliance certification, attestation, insurance advice, or guarantee of any business outcome.

No professional engagement

Completing the assessment does not create a client, fiduciary, auditor, attorney-client, or other professional relationship with VioletX. A separate written agreement is required for services.

Your information

You represent that information submitted is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it. Do not submit passwords, credentials, regulated secrets, or sensitive personal data.

Results and availability

Results depend on the completeness and accuracy of the submission. VioletX may modify or discontinue the assessment. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a security, legal, financial, or compliance decision.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use automated means to abuse the assessment.
